Service Description

Craft coffee and specialty drinks served fresh at your event with flexible per-cup service. Zemi brings a full mobile café experience featuring Puerto Rican coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, iced teas, and house-made specialties. A simple setup fee reserves the cart, and guests can purchase drinks individually or the host can choose to cover select beverages. Ideal for pop-ups, markets, school events, and community gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your event date, a show-up fee is asked to cover scheduling, travel, and preparation so we can provide a smooth coffee service experience. Guests are then charged per drink served, allowing flexibility for you and your guests. We understand plans change. The show-up fee is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, as staffing and product preparation will already be in progress. In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or apply the show-up fee to a future event date. If either can't work, we will fully refund you. Our goal is to keep booking simple, flexible, and aligned with delivering a great coffee experience for you and your guests.
