Service Description
Zemi loves a jammin block party! For our morning crew Cafe Con Leche, Zemi Cortado and the Zemi Americano is the way to go! We always have our Frescas, like Parcha Fresas and Limeade available for non-caffeine friends. For our afternoon crew a coffee pick me up is a great way to push through, but we will always have our Frescas available or can partner with you on Affogato's. An affogato is a scoop of ice cream and a shot of espresso. You bring the ice cream and we can bring the shots! Finally, in effort to ensure we can make block parties on time we will take your requested time slot and do our best to "stack" nearby blocks. Please let us know alternative times in case we need to adjust. Gracias! ****2025 Changes: We are asking for a $50 deposit this year. We love interacting with our block friends but sometimes we are not always a good fit to cover our costs, and we will have an employee this year to help us. This is fully refundable and you only need 10 people to purchase something to cover the deposit.*****
Cancellation Policy
Zemi strives to be flexible, and we appreciate as far in advance cancellation as is possible. As we look to ensure you and your block have an amazing experience, we will reach out the 24-48 hours before to confirm and answer any questions. We do our best to ensure a timely arrival to your scheduled block party time. Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control we may arrive late and will do our best to have timely communication with you on any changes. Starting January 1st, 2025 we will institute a fully refundable $50 deposit. This year we will bring on employees who's costs we need to cover, and we know not all blocks are a good fit for the cart. It only takes 10 orders to cover the deposit which for most blocks should be an easy win! Your refund will be returned 24-72 hours after your scheduled block party.
