Our New Mobile Coffee Cart Is Ready for Weddings, Corporate Events, and Private Parties!

We're excited to announce that Zemi Coffee Cart 2.0 is officially on the road!

Over the past few weeks, we've been testing our newest mobile coffee cart at block parties, community events, and private gatherings throughout Oak Park and the Chicago area. Powered by a new Velotric electric bike, our upgraded setup allows us to bring a full coffee catering experience almost anywhere. Thanks to Electric Movement Chicago for helping us find the perfect solution to tow our custom-built cart.

Designed to expand into event catering, Cart 2.0 features a narrower footprint that fits through standard doorways, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor events. This can continues our unique set up of leveraging a bike to create a mobile experience where traditional coffee trucks or trailers cannot.

The redesigned cart is lighter, more efficient, and more reliable thanks to upgraded equipment, a streamlined water system, and a new refrigerator/freezer that keeps ice cold longer during service. A big shout out to my husband for his engineering skills to get this built and operational within weeks of a big event!

This evolution in our business allows us to continue to offer our unique experience serving premium Puerto Rican coffee delivered on a bike! With handcrafted espresso drinks, iced teas, house-made specialty syrups and mixes that create a memorable experience for your guests. Now booking weddings, corporate events, block parties, school events, and private celebrations throughout Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park, Berwyn, and the greater Chicago area.
